It was a Wednesday afternoon when we were assigned to go for a Trend Spotting. My group of friends decided to go hunt around High Street area. We were seated in a bench waiting for some fashionistas to pass by. Until I saw a model-like striking girl. She got a style, of course. But I'm having second thoughts approaching her at first. She doesn't look really approachable, 'coz before I went to her, someone handed her a flier and she didn't entertained the guy giving her a leaflet. But then, I just walk to her, smiling, and “Hi, I’m Kar Sison, student from School of Fashion and The Arts. .uhmmm.. We were asked to spot a trend worn by stylish people. If it’s okay, can I take you a picture?” She smiled and replied, “Sure”. That was the time I continued breathing. Haha! Lol.
She’s wearing a black tank top that looks as comfortable as it is stylish. It is made with soft and breathable fabrics. It’s designed to move with body’s natural flow. Tank tops usually fall under Trickle-up theory that comes from people fashionably on streets. For me, it’s also on Peak. It has always been on Peak since then, so, it will take time to be out of fashion since it’s a modern style that are fashionable enough to wear just about anywhere.
She also mixed accessories on to it like the necklace and bracelet she’s wearing. Plus her fashionable semi-boots added spice on her outfit. Therefore, this girl is good in mixing and matching clothes and knows what’s flattering on her body.
